STUDIO POLICIES

A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service.

Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Deposits will be carried forward to the rescheduled appointment. Any cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit. No exceptions.

By proceeding with your booking, you agree to all studio policies.

To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all of our guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or any noticeable scents when visiting our studio. This policy is in place to accommodate clients and staff who may have sensitivities or allergic reactions to fragrances. By keeping our space scent-free, we can provide a healthier, more inclusive experience for everyone. If a strong or noticeable scent is present upon arrival and interferes with the treatment environment, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Inappropriate and rude behavior does not belong at our studio. The team at Ever Glow Skin Studio are dedicated, professional estheticians who reserve the right to terminate treatments and services if guests make inappropriate comments, suggestions or advances to any member of the team.

All product purchases, treatments, and gift cards are non-refundable. Individual results may vary, and no refunds will be issued based on skin reactions or treatment outcomes.

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service. Deposits will be forfeited if appointments are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, deposits may be transferred to a new appointment once. A $5 administrative fee will be deducted from the deposit to cover transaction processing.

When booking services at Ever Glow Skin Studio, your appointment is scheduled with an esthetician whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our therapist may have to shorten your treatment time as you are paying for the time you booked. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

We request the cooperation of our entire community in maintaining a safe studio environment so we urge anyone that has mild cold or flu-like symptoms to follow the advice of health officials and stay home while sick to help protect others. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us immediately.

Ever Glow Skin Studio has specially trained staff for most medical conditions. Please contact us in advance if you are pregnant or suffer from a serious medical condition. Some treatments are not recommended for clients who have specific conditions. For your safety we require a doctor’s clearance before beginning treatment, particularly in the face of the following conditions:

• Cancer

• Cardiovascular conditions

• Swollen or painful lymph nodes

• Acute injury of any kind

• Open sores

• Diabetes, particularly if the client is experiencing foot problems

• Blood Disorder and Disease

• Thrombosis
